BOILMASTER
Do you love boiling seafood?! Then this is the job for you. We need boilers to watch over the pride and joy of our little restaurant...the crawfish. You'll clean em, stack em, season em, boil em, taste em, and dream about em by the end of it. Experience is a plus but positivity, work ethic, and reliability are a must. We will teach you all the secrets behind the juiciest, most flavorful crawfish on the planet!
Sous Chef
We're looking for cooks who love food and care about making something delicious every day. A good positive attitude and work ethic are the most essential factors but work experience is a plus. We're a team looking for a teammate who wants to make some money and enjoy the process. You’ll fry, sauté, smoke, prep, and sauce in our scratch kitchen and our cooks have the creative freedom to experiment and create their own dishes.
Cashier/Server
