Working in our front of house includes:

- taking orders and checking out customers

- running food to customers

- filling boiled Seafood orders

- knowing the menu (ideally by eating your way through it)

Have you ever wondered how crawfish get from some farm from the middle of nowhere to the restaurants you know and love??? We want someone whose interested in being a part of one of the most iconic Louisiana industries...the crawfish business.

We need a dependable, safe driver to make daily trips to Crowley and the surrounding towns to pick up crawfish, deliver to partner restaurants along the way, and return to our restaurant with those precious, precious mudbugs we need to keep our loyal customers happy.

Get paid weekly and as an independent contractor so you keep 100% of your paycheck!

Drivers Responsibilities:

- Learning the different grades and types of crawfish and how to identify them

- Time management and communication with us about route status and deliveries

- Make simple invoices accurately

- Accurately account for all product that goes onto and comes off of the truck

- Stack and store product properly

- Follow safe driving procedures

- Maintain an amicable and friendly relationship with customers

If you’re young or inexperienced and you don’t have experience or a skillset but you like our vibes and want to be a part of our team please reach out. We hire part time, after school, anyone, and everyone that has the right attitude. If you’re open to coaching and getting experience we’re open to teaching.

We need a crawfish wrangler to help us clean crawfish. We drop them into a washer with a conveyer belt and they run through a water tank onto a metal sorting table.

You separate the dead from the living and sort them into new bags for storage or boiling. We also have extra hours helping with dishes and cleaning. You'll have the opportunity to learn about boiling and pick up additional shifts helping boil crawfish, crabs, and shrimp.

We can schedule around other jobs and work around school. The faster you can wash the more we will pay.
